Neighbourhood Impact Study

For the implementation of enterprises, such as housing lots, residential complexes, logistic sheds, shopping centers, parks, industries, among others, the environmental control agency may require the preparation of a Neighborhood Impact Study prior to the environmental licensing process.

The neighborhood impact study aims to evaluate the enterprise positive and negative effects on the surrounding community life’s quality in terms of infrastructure, population density, road flow, community facilities, and other issues related to the urban landscape. This study is complementary to the environmental impact studies.
